The Hellcannon fires just like a normal Stone Thrower
If a unit is hit by the small template it may volentarily chose to flee
If it choses to stand any model touched by the small template takes a S10 hit, then place the Ordinance blast template and anything under it takes a S5 hit.
It causes Terror
At the start of the turn if there is an enemy within 2D6 inches it charges them
Although i have to admit i can see the words cheese appearing many many times in this thread it will have a horrible misfire table it will most likely be a rare choice (Or 2 Specials) and will be an expensive (points wise) addition to the Chaos army.
