well first, i would like to say that MUNCHKIN is by far one of the best games i have every played. it simulates a dungeon crawl, with absolutely no RP but with plenty of munch. really good. amir expect some fun when i get home.

also, hackmaster is incredibly awesome. its 2nd edition with the coolest shit ever. i just need to buy the GMs guide and the hacklopedia of beasts (which contains about 7 books. large ones).

the munchkin's guide to power gaming is hilarious. i will quote some later...

האקמאסטר היא השיטה המיתולוגית של KODT או בשמם הידוע יותר: Knights of the Dinner Table, ירידה מתמשכת ומעשעת על D&D ומשחקי תפקידים ככלל.

munchkin isnt a system, its a card game! hilarious with all sorts of funny stuff like the monster "stoned golem", the 11' pole, the staff of naplam and the limburger and anchobi sandwich (usable by halflings only).

HACKMASTER is a game that kenzer co developed after THOUSANDS (!!) of letters from KODT fans requesting to see the game that BA and the gang (good name for a 70's tv show) play all the time. its basically as i said 2nd edition with the coolest shit ever.

including:

a non wuss bard. a non wuss elf (grunge elf, AKA grel). 17 types of fireballs. honor system and a wuss slap skill (aka pimp slap). this is:

designed to draw a line between ordinairy and E-FUCKING-PIC

i just love the game. 400 page player's handbook with fonts as small as ant crap. and theres a GMs guide i need to buy...

and you dont have to munchkin it in hackmaster. its actually the most serious system i have seen, becuase of the hackmaster's player association - a network of players and GMs that functions as a league.
